Because GAILN has standardized its core Revenue System and implementation process rather than charging businesses a bloated agency retainer for services they may not need. Your $297 subscription covers the existing system and its ongoing support and optimization. Usage is billed separately based on actual activity.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. But you still have to operate your business. GAILN can build and optimize the system. We can't run your company for you.
What are usage charges?
Usage represents applicable activity that runs through your system, such as SMS, email, phone, AI, review responses, and other metered services. Usage varies by account and is separate from your $297 subscription.
Do I need to replace my current CRM?
Not necessarily. We'll determine whether your existing technology should be kept, optimized, connected, supplemented, or replaced.
Can I keep my phone number?
Where technically possible, yes. We'll review the appropriate setup during implementation.
How quickly will I launch?
Implementation begins after onboarding and your Technical Call. Timing depends on your access, integrations, required verification, A2P approval, and responsiveness. We continue building what we can while third-party approvals are pending.
Do I need to know how the technology works?
No. We handle implementation and show you how to use the parts of the system your team needs, including LeadConnector where applicable.
Do you manage social media?
No. Social media management and content creation aren't included. Where supported and appropriate, we can connect messaging functionality to your Revenue System.
