4. SMS & Email Marketing Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all SMS and email communications sent through Get AI Leads Now LLC's platform comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and any other federal, state, or local regulations governing electronic communications. This includes obtaining proper written consent from all contacts prior to sending any communications through our platform.

You agree that Get AI Leads Now LLC, including but not limited to its products, services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates, and the scripts and software used to implement Get AI Leads Now LLC's services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Get AI Leads Now LLC and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for the permitted use of Get AI Leads Now LLC's services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of Get AI Leads Now LLC's services may be reproduced in any form or by any means without express written permission from Get AI Leads Now LLC. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on Get AI Leads Now LLC's services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Get AI Leads Now LLC brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever.

Get AI Leads Now LLC and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Get AI Leads Now LLC products, content, or other materials at any time without notice. In no event will Get AI Leads Now LLC be liable for making these changes. Get AI Leads Now LLC may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of its services at any time without notice or liability.

All copyrights in and to Get AI Leads Now LLC, including the compilation of content, postings, links to other internet resources, and descriptions of those resources, and related software are owned by Get AI Leads Now LLC and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. Unauthorized use of the software or any part of Get AI Leads Now LLC's services is strictly prohibited and infringes on the intellectual property rights of others and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages, for copyright infringement.

Get AI Leads Now LLC trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Get AI Leads Now LLC are trademarks or registered trademarks of Get AI Leads Now LLC in the U.S. and/or other countries. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks, and any unauthorized use of such trademarks is strictly prohibited.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of Get AI Leads Now LLC's services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation before pursuing any legal action. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

14. Force Majeure

Get AI Leads Now LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement arising out of or caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or any other circumstances beyond Get AI Leads Now LLC's reasonable control. In such events, Get AI Leads Now LLC will make reasonable efforts to resume services as quickly as possible and will notify affected customers of the situation in a timely manner.

15. Returns, Cancellations, & Transfers

15.1 Physical Returns & Shipping

• To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned, no action can be taken.

• Valid proof of returning a product includes: delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS.

• Due to loss, missing, or slow mail, we will honor any package that is postmarked for up to one year after the purchase of the product.

15.2 Subscriptions, Trials, and Digital Products

Free Trials: Your Get AI Leads Now LLC membership MAY start with a free trial. The trial period of your membership may last for 7 days, or as otherwise specified during sign-up, and is intended to allow new and certain former members to try the service.

Trial Eligibility: Eligibility is determined by Get AI Leads Now LLC at its sole discretion and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the trial and put your account on hold in the event that we determine that you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent Get AI Leads Now LLC membership are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment, or an account email address used with an existing or recent Get AI Leads Now LLC membership to determine eligibility. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.

Trial Billing: We will charge your Payment Method for your monthly membership fee at the end of the free trial period and your membership will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel your membership 2 business days prior to the end of the trial period.

Billing Cycle: The membership fee for the Get AI Leads Now LLC service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your membership until your membership is cancelled. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. We may authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of membership or service-related charges through various methods, including authorizing it up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register. In some instances, your available balance or credit limit may be reduced to reflect the authorization during your trial period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Get AI Leads Now LLC membership at any time with a 30-day written notice to Get AI Leads Now LLC. You will continue to have access to the service through the end of your final billing period. We do not provide credits for any partial-month membership periods. To cancel, select the "cancel account" tab in your back office. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

15.3 Subscription Renewal Terms

Trial members will receive a notice from us that your trial period is ending or that the paying portion of your membership has begun. We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a monthly basis for your membership fee until you cancel. To cancel your subscription submit a ticket at [email protected].

Monthly Get AI Leads Now LLC subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscriber notifies Get AI Leads Now LLC that they wish to cancel. Please refer to the Cancellations section of these Terms of Service for full details.

Yearly Get AI Leads Now LLC subscribers will be notified prior to renewal with the option to renew at the original yearly price. If the subscriber does not notify Get AI Leads Now LLC that they wish to continue at the yearly price, the subscriber's account will be billed at the yearly price they originally agreed to or revert to the monthly price automatically.

15.4 Lifetime Access

You will have lifetime access to the course or product material you are purchasing for as long as the course or product exists. If the product you purchase is retired or discontinued, you will have the opportunity to download all relevant materials over a 30-day time frame before access is revoked. You will have access to Get AI Leads Now LLC content for as long as you continue your membership. Member access is revoked upon cancellation.

Get AI Leads Now LLC reserves the right to change content options, including eligibility for particular features, or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.

15.5 No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO REFUNDS on any products, online courses, memberships, or fees of any kind, including but not limited to unused features, credits, or additional services. By executing payment for Get AI Leads Now LLC products or services, you are agreeing to this Agreement and acknowledge that no one has represented to you that refunds are available. Even if you cannot participate for any reason, you will continue to be billed according to the schedule through the end of the Term. Get AI Leads Now LLC considers this policy a material inducement to entering into this Agreement and would not have done so unless this No Refunds policy were included. If you initiate a chargeback, Get AI Leads Now LLC will issue an additional $250 fee to you.

15.6 Discount Policy

From time to time, Get AI Leads Now LLC may offer the opportunity to purchase additional products and services at a discount rate. No rebates or partial credits will be offered if a customer purchases a product at a discounted rate.

In the event that a Get AI Leads Now LLC member purchases an item that was eligible for a discount and did not receive the product at the eligible discount rate, if the member notifies our Customer Service department within 30 days of the purchase, a partial credit for the discounted amount may be offered. If the available discount is not reported within 30 days, a credit for additional purchases may be offered, but no credits will be offered after 12 months from the date of purchase.

15.7 Access Revocation

Get AI Leads Now LLC reserves the right to revoke access to any course or product at any time if purchased content has been copied or used in an unauthorized manner. This includes copying the concept or creating a competing product using the information learned inside Get AI Leads Now LLC products. Get AI Leads Now LLC reserves the right to pursue you for damages for unauthorized use of downloaded materials.

15.8 Sharing of Digital Downloads Strictly Prohibited

Sharing your digital downloads is strictly prohibited. This will result in your access being immediately revoked and your payment will be forfeited. You will be held liable for damages to Get AI Leads Now LLC.

15.9 Ownership of Written, Audio, and Video Materials

As a participant, you will have one license to view written materials provided by Get AI Leads Now LLC. You do not have ownership of this information, which is protected by federal copyright laws. Some of the information is also protected by a contractual license between the provider and Get AI Leads Now LLC. You may not copy, re-engineer, distribute, or otherwise provide access to this information to any other person, for free or paid, without express written consent of Get AI Leads Now LLC, which it may withhold for any reason, and purchase of a license (prices start at $2,500 USD).

15.10 Delinquent Accounts

To maintain system integrity and ensure service continuity for all customers, accounts overdue in text, email, or automation credits or subscription payments will be given a 7-day grace period to become current. If an account remains unpaid after 7 days, it will be subject to permanent deletion, resulting in the loss of all associated data, campaigns, and account history. This policy ensures fairness and uninterrupted access to services for customers who remain in good standing.

15.11 Subaccount Data Responsibility

The subaccount owner is responsible for transferring all data, as Get AI Leads Now LLC will not be responsible for moving any data. We do not transfer subaccount data to non-affiliated organizations, businesses, agencies, or other entities.

16. Live Events

The events, information, and speakers listed on our site are subject to change without notification. All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds on event tickets or seat deposits for any reason.

Any unused tickets will be forfeited and are not transferable to another event. Ticket holders may not sell, offer for sale, offer at auction, resell, donate, act as a commercial agent for another party, or otherwise transfer their tickets in any way without the specific prior written consent of Get AI Leads Now LLC.

16.1 Ticket Transfers

Ticket transfers will not be processed within 30 days prior to the event. A $50 transfer fee will be applied to all ticket transfers.

16.2 Guest Ticket Transfers

Once a ticket purchase is confirmed, the ticket purchaser may only change the assignment of accompanying guests a maximum of 2 times by submitting a Guest Ticket Transfer Request to [email protected].

16.3 Ticket Resales

If a ticket purchaser cannot use all of the tickets that they have purchased, the ticket purchaser may submit a formal request to Get AI Leads Now LLC for the resale of unwanted tickets via the Get AI Leads Now LLC support team. There is no guarantee that demand for tickets will result in the tickets being resold. If the ticket purchaser's tickets are not resold, no proceeds will be returned to the ticket purchaser.

17. Live Streams

Get AI Leads Now LLC live streams and all content and software associated therewith are provided "as is" and "as available" with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Get AI Leads Now LLC does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the Get AI Leads Now LLC live stream will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Get AI Leads Now LLC is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online or on the internet, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from downloading or streaming any materials consistent with this Agreement.

If, for any reason, the stream is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Get AI Leads Now LLC which threatens or corrupts the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of a live stream, Get AI Leads Now LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend the stream. Any attempt by you to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of a live stream may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Get AI Leads Now LLC reserves the right to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with and as you use Get AI Leads Now LLC's services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Get AI Leads Now LLC may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your account.

18.1 Access to Previous Purchases

As an accommodation to you, subsequent to acquiring Get AI Leads Now LLC training, you may download previously acquired training onto any associated device when available. Some Get AI Leads Now LLC training or services that you previously acquired may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, and Get AI Leads Now LLC shall have no liability to you in such an event. Once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.

Get AI Leads Now LLC reserves the right to change content options or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.

19. Termination

Get AI Leads Now LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the site or its services at any time. In the event that access is terminated due to a violation of these Terms of Service, Get AI Leads Now LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder in writing via the email address associated with the account prior to or at the time of termination. Written notice will include the reason for termination and the effective date.

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this Agreement • Unauthorized sharing or distribution of digital materials • Initiation of a chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute • Delinquent account status beyond the 7-day grace period • Any activity deemed harmful to Get AI Leads Now LLC, its affiliates, or its customers

Upon termination, your access to all products, services, and materials will be immediately revoked. Get AI Leads Now LLC is not liable for any loss of data or content resulting from termination due to a violation of these Terms of Service.

If you believe your account has been terminated in error, you may contact us in writing at [email protected] to request a review of the decision.

20. Modification

Get AI Leads Now LLC reserves the right to modify the terms or pricing of this Agreement with a 30-day written notice to the customer.

21. Electronic Agreement & Acceptance

By using this site, completing a purchase, or clicking any button indicating acceptance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. You further acknowledge that this electronic agreement carries the same legal weight as a written and signed agreement and that no physical signature is required for these terms to be enforceable.
